At Notley High School and Braintree Sixth Form, the Student Leadership Team plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and proactive school culture. Head Students Oscar Parry, Nina Moylan, Matilda Fenn, Abigail Jarvis, Emily Ashworth, CJ Yasar, Joe Andrews and Amy Moylan, lead with purpose and embody the school's core 'HEART' values: Honesty, Empathy, Achievement, Respect, and Teamwork. Their leadership and dedication significantly impact both the sixth form and the wider student body at Notley High School, creating a sense of unity and inspiring younger students to aspire to their fullest potential.
The Head and Deputy Head Students actively support and guide the Notley High School prefect team, which is instrumental in organising school-wide initiatives and fostering community spirit. They help oversee the planning and execution of charity events, where students come together to raise awareness and funds for meaningful causes, emphasising empathy and social responsibility. Under their guidance, the prefects have organised activities such as charity pumpkin throwing, sporting events, and community service projects, encouraging younger students to participate and develop a strong sense of purpose and giving back.
